DC’s flanges are CNC machined, we attach the flange to the header pipes, then machine-grind the flange-mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header system DC make. These coated headers are still in perfect condition they have less than 6k mileage on them still in brand new condition.
This DC Sports 3-1 ceramic coated header is a bolt-on system for the 370Z and G37, but also late model 350Zs and G35s (07 & 08). To get the most performance from the exhaust system, DC used T-409 stainless that has a larger diameter than stock, combined with equal length runners, they found a winning recipe to get the most HP and TQ across the rev range.
